I am feeling the irony of one used to the AHJ viewpoint accused of being to 
cost conscious. But then when I asked site PE's why they were installing big 
underground, when small would do, if it met hydraulic needs of designer, I 
doubt many emailed owner saying City saved them money.

If you have a problem in one apartment building, it is likely you have problems 
in all or most of a complex. Except for the last buildings the cement can be 
setting in A, B, C... while you are working in "G". 

And don't schedule for cold weather season.
