Subject: ESFR and Obstructions - Sizing

Can some one help me locate the section in NFPA 13 (2016 preferred) that 
indicates when you have obstructions below the ESFR sprinklers, you supply the 
sprinkler below the obstruction with pipe size the same as the branch line and 
you don't include the additional sprinklers in the calculations?

The old method was to calc two additional sprinklers below the obstruction.  
But I believe it has been replaced with the criteria I mentioned.
