Built from tin foil. This has been a cluster **** from day 1. 18’ storage. Class I-III commodity. Some one told the architect and engineer it MUST be ESFR. We, sprinkler contractor and myself, suggested standard spray sprinklers as that was all that was needed to protect 18’ of class III storage. But some one always knows more and ESFR is the only way to go.
Walkway is 9’ high. This is one where the owner bought racks from some other facility and is making them fit in his building. This is a retrofit of an old grocery store or something like an old K mart. Not sure what the original building was.
