I am working on a warehouse with a variety of products. Among this mess are
small metal parts and pieces (think 1/2 sheet of paper) wrapped in bubble pack.
Some are sitting out, some are in cardboard boxes. The person who wrote the
specs for the project called them Class 1 Encapsulated. I’m thinking more like
Class 3 because if you take the air out of the bubble pack, you are most likely
at the 5% or under of actual plastic. Has anybody else run into this and how
did you classify it. I’d like to know before I get into he horror show.

In the interest of disclaimer, there are items in the space that are Class 1
Encapsulated.
