I looked at Class II and packaging listed was wood, cardboard and other 
“ordinary combustibles”. (although it does mention “equivalent combustible 
packaging). I went to conservative route and went to Class    III.   
  

  
I am going to have to confront the specifier at some point. His maximum was an 
encapsulated Class II. Apparently the plastic tubing, plastic parts and 
packaging doesn’t count. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row.
