Ken, you are way too eloquent. My thought was a hydraulic alarm actuation

I recently did a project at a facility with rack storage of Li batteries. I had 
to go through all of the data and research to try and figure where to start. 
Given what I learned, even a properly designed 13D system won’t make a dent.   
  

  
(FYI, the warehouse owners didn’t like my recommendations so they moved the
