Do you have any idea how many write/read actions a flashcard can take a

you are asking two different questions, and you can find answers to
both via google.

q1. how many read/write actions a flashcard can take?
a1. most flashcards have a finite read/write life. It is considerable,
but considerably less than a hard disk. All that journaling might wear
things down. See the manufacturer's website.

q2. ... a minute?
a2a. Depends on the model. See the manufacturer's website.
a2b. Depends on the port -- USB1 throttles at 12 Mbits/sec, while USB2
goes up to 480 Mbits/sec (about four times the speed of a 100BT
network).
