I think sqlite.org was the last site in the world that did not specify a font. But now I can't render the new home page on my original Tim Berners-Lee web browser on my NeXT cube! (just kidding) You chose to embed the CSS settings on each page to avoid the round trip to the web server. You can always put the css info in a separate file, and define it only once for the entire site.
