I was able to run sudo perl -MCPAN -e 'install Font::FreeType' just
fine this time, the install succeeded, I also looked into the arch
documentation and according to them the system itself is running
'FreeType2 as it's default'

I rebooted the system but I still get the same pinyin results as before.
Do I have to run mcpan from any explicit directory in the LMS folder?
How do I tell Perl to stop using pinyin and start using this newly
installed font?
