I google and I found that I'm not alone that slimserver has module
version conflicts. :cool:

I can arrange if you want to log into my NAS. 

Good NEWS.
touch .PERL works. Now slimserver can start and I can log in to 9001
port server. 
Slimserver also starts successfully after changing back #PERL=0 in
.QLMS.conf
