Yes.  So my Win10 notification area now shows the LMS icon greyed out,
and reading (on a hover) "LMS Stopped". Right click on the icon, and
then "Start LMS" gives a briefly flashing icon and then "LMS Running"
with a solid icon.  However, trying to open the Web GUI again gives
"Unable to connect. Firefox can't establish a connection to the server
at 127.0.0.1:9000."

Very odd.  I'm wondering whether to Uninstall / Reinstall ......
