Win10 pushed out some Windows Defender Updates over the "problem weekend", and of course some folks will have had those auto-installed, and some not. I tried assorted browsers when I could not connect to Port 9000 (and had the Repository Error in the Server Log), but that made no difference. And OrangeSqueeze / Material Skin could not get onto the LMS from phones or pads, even though Windows seemed to think LMS was sort-of running. I don't use any security on Win10 other than Defender.
