Okay. But was the lack of the SSL module what was causing the OOM (Out Of Memory) error?
For the benefit of my comrades who are non-geeks, is the following correct: - LMS runs on top of Perl - Some of the modules it uses come from the CPAM, which is a centralised repository of Perl modules created by various people out there - When I build my LMS package, modules are downloaded from the CAPM and built into the package "against" (is that the proper word) the Perl version I have installed at the time of buillding - What may be happening is that the Perl version I have since my recent full update of Arch Linux (an update I performed only because LMS had stopped working in the first place) is no longer compatible with the Perl version that held sway when I built the LMS install package ? And that I need to rebuild the package? Or do I need to download a newer version of LMS and start over?
