If you haven't done this.. or even if you have you should try it again.
If you have a Comcast eMTA modem (it has telephone built in) unplug it
and take the batteries out of the bottom. Unplug your router. Wait
maybe a minute and then plug the cable modem back in. Wait until it is
online. Plug your router back in and wait until it's back up. Do a
factory reset on your sb (hold down + after plugging in the power) and
then try connecting.

I may have had a similar issue as you lately.
