I previously had a Linksys router and have used SN before. The Linksys
broke last year and I bought the netgear. I used SN about twice a year,
so I'm not overly upset about not being able to access it.

The issue has become more of a curiosity now - why will a PC work, but
not some "network appliance"? I'm dumbfounded.

I may very well go out an just buy a new router to see if things are
better. You are correct - I've spent way too much time trying to
figure it out.
