Thanks and I wasn't surprised either, as you say it seems like Rhapsody
Direct requires a lot more bandwidth on Rhapsody's part.  But since I
suspect this is a small part of their business and when it goes wrong
we scream at you not them, gotta wonder how motivated they are to fix
it.  Particularly if it is a flawed interface that needs to be
overhauled.

Is it possible for Squeezebox to use Rhapsody's pc client (like Roku)
rather than Rhapsody Direct?  At least then I would have a reliable
connection, at the cost of requiring my pc to be on.
