If I remember correctly, the message says if you bought the SB
second-hand, contact the seller to get him/her to unregister the player
from his/her account AND if you did *not* buy it second-hand, to contact
Logitech support. Did you contact support? There are cases where their
database of user accounts and player hardware IDs (MAC addresses) have
been screwed up. Contact them and they'll sort it out -- they did it for
me in less than 24 hours.
