To solve my issue of one of my SBRs 'going rogue', I had been using them entirely through SB Server until Tuesday this week, when I switched them to MySqueezebox.com.
I lost connection to both SBRs and had to factory reset both SBRs and the Controller. Syncing was problematic - the players would 'try' to sync (I could see them joined in Ipeng), but they would separate after about 5 seconds. Thereafter, I was offered the chance to sync my players with 'Saimon's Player'. I have no idea who Saimon is, but I'm finding it really weird that I could Sync to their player. one of the SBR's was connected to the datacenter in Ashburn, VA, the other to a datacenter in California.
