I have had an email in to support for over a week now - they recommended
factory reset, which I did, to no avail. They confirmed that the MAC  is
registered to my account...but there's no explanation as to why I'm
being forced to either use SB Server, or listen to Dan Savage. BTW, the
support came from Europe, even though I'm in VA...could this be related
to the European server issues?
