To wrap up - phone support confirmed last night that my (and other) MAC addresses were snafu'd during the switchover to MySB.com, and my controller ended up duped in the database, thus allowing me to see other people's SBRs and them to see mine. Spooky. Support were very helpful, but this has been a real slog. Hopefully they have it sorted out now and I will no longer suffer Whitney Houston.
