Hmmm. Scrobling is working perfectly for me on either 7.6.2 or 7.7.0 or mysb.com. And I do NOT have a paid account. So something odd is going on at your end. Other than making sure you have installed scrobbling plugin and having your last.fm credentials entered, I have no suggestions.
