Unfortunately UW-IMAP doesn't allow for that to happen. What I mean is
UW has two states... it's a folder, or a file. UW doesn't allow for
mail to be stored in a folder, but a folder can contain files, which
in turn can contain mails. For example:
mail/
INBOX
Trash
SquirrelMail/
Users
mail/ and SquirrelMail/ can contain folders, but not mail. Inbox,
Trash, and Users can all contain mail, but not folders. Some other
IMAP servers, such as courier allow for both to occur, as in a folder
can contain mail and messages, but that is because it uses Maildir
format, and not mbox.
