Hey Gary,

I am not the authority on this issue but I have had the same problem. It
turned out to be related to the custom_from plugin. Are you using
custom_from? Try turning it off and see if you still have the issue.

Also it appears that if the message you are replying to fits one of your
identities then that identity is chosen. For instance when I reply to an
email that was sent to my identity number 2 then identitiy number 2 is the
default when I reply.

Also as a work around I found that if you delete your default identity and
recreate it so that it is the last identity made then it seems to work.
