But it *DOES* work!!!!!  (if you simply quote the first argument)

> local% ssh remote
> 
> [ SZ Model ]
> remote% sz file[1-5]
> remote%

If you're going to do that then why not just do:

        local % slogin remote
        password: XXXXXXXXX
        #
        # do some other stuff...
        #
        remote % scp file[1-5] local:
        password: YYYYYYYYY

???????
