The SSH FAQ has been heavily revised, edited, and reorganized. Steve and I
have taken into account everyone's suggestions and added as many of them as
possible. Also, the dead links are gone and new ones have been added. It's
also been expanded and you can find both the SSH1 and SSH2 man pages
on-line now.
