SSH FAQ updated

Hello everyone,

Brian Hatch made quite a few fixes to the SSH FAQ, including removing the
majority of dead links and fixing some of the others (thanks Brian :). I
plan on adding more for lsh, especially since lsh is getting more and more
stable.
