No, This is from other linux hosts with SSH2 installed (not SSH1).

Another bit of weirdness is that it answers to ssh1 despite the fact
that SSH2 is installed, but not consistently. For example, I can ssh in
from my shell account (with ssh1) but not from a xDSL connected NT box
with Secure CRT regarless of selecting SSH1 or 2. Connections are allowed
form the firewall.

When I telnet to port 22 I get the following:

# telnet localhost 22
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain.
Escape character is '^]'.
SSH-1.99-2.0.13 (non-commercial)
