For some of us this conjurs up visions of the old brass "blowtorch" (blowlamp in the UK) which in the US always fueled with "white gas." When they were fired up one never knew what one was going to get, hardly enough flame to light a cheroot, or the tail end of a shuttle booster and almost as much danger! Regards, Harry
