To those of the list, I had mentioned about a year ago, or was it two, that I have a model traction engine that has a white gas burner. This was built by my Grandfather about 100 years ago. It still runs fine The burner does roar a bit but not any worse considering the size than that of some gauge 1 locos! Fuel is cheap, it is easy to light and control.
