The address is called "hardware address" on the TCP/IP control panel. I can get it using one of the utilities supplied by asante and it passes all "hardware tests" but I'm not sure if I need to be hooked up to a network in order for the TCP/IP to list the address. Any Insight would be greatly appreciated.
