StarMax 3000/200 Startup Problems
Symptoms: On pushing the power button the LED light comes on but there is
no startup sound ("bong"). The light on the monitor is on for a few seconds
(green) then it turns red. The CD Rom will try to read a cd and then the
light goes off. The hard drive spins and the fan works.
I have replaced the battery, reset the cuda, plugged & unplugged the power
cord and I have checked the P1, P10 and P11 connectors. Nothing so far
seems to help.
I would appreciate any suggestions in getting this back up and working as I
do use it for a backup.
