Of course my first guess would be the battery, but you say it's new. Are you
sure it had good voltage? When you hold down the cuda button, do you get
chimes? You should. Hold it down for at least three chimes. Do you have a way
to check the power supply? Do you have a third party processor that may be
loose? I'm just throwin' stuff out there, it sounds like a basic problem, low
level, not like RAM but like power.
