Okay, I'll bite...

I'll have to cast my vote for Opera. Although it's not free (as in, Free
Software kinda free, you can get a fully functional browser with a small 'ad
window' on the upper right for free from the site), the features it provides
are -wonderful-. Tabbed browsing (have multiple pages open in the same
browser app, rather than having multiple apps open), mouse gestures (using
the mouse to navigate through pages, rather then having to go back and forth
up to the 'Back' button. Use 'em so much, I find myself trying to use them
in navigating through the machine), all in a program with a small footprint,
that has always run faster than either IE or Mozilla. Sure, plug-ins aren't
as available from everywhere, but I just pull up IE in those cases.

Opera for 'main browser', IE for 'places that Opera doesn't have the
plug-ins for', has served me well for the past year and a half.
