I frequently (every 1/2 hour or so) get the following message:

This disk is unreadable by this Computer.
Do you want to initialize the disk?
   Name: Untitled
   Format: ProDOS 0k

I can either Eject or Initialize it.

The thing is, its referring to the CD Drive when there's nothing in it. I
eject, and the tray comes out. About 1/2 hour later, it may ask it again.
(ha ha ha - it just happened again!). I just keep saying eject.

The other work round is to leave a CD in there. It recognises it ok and I
don't get the messages. I don't like having "something wrong" with my
machine.

I have a SM3000 running 9.1, 128M memory, 2+4G disk. This message was here
before I upgraded to 9.1., probably before I upgraded to 9.0 from 8.6.

Any ideas?
