Two weeks ago I posted my proposal and discussion document for non-removable storage. Since there was no comment in the reflector, I assume everybody agrees, and so Serge can edit the draft P1619 text: mark the current proposal as "for removable media" and merge my proposal, marked as "for non-removable storage".
