That's the modem's fault.  Mine tends not to catch the first 1 or 2,
either.

See modem yet again.  Mine sometimes would go for a while before reporting
that it was hanging up.  STFax dutifully recorded right until it was told
to stop.

OK, I *do* agree with this one.  Simone, could you make STFax write out
its status information immediately after a deletion (or within 10 seconds,
or something similar to avoid banging the hard drive)?
