I and all the other users are pinning our hopes on your skills.  Maybe you
should write a program called STFax-Ed ;-)

I agree.  I hope you don't think I'm "continually whinging".  I try to be
constructive, but I think it is reasonable to ask Simone and Chris to accept
a bit of pressure from their customers.  I believe we are being very patient
and understanding.  There are not many other situations where I'd keep my
voice down when a �200-plus package I had bought specifically would not do
properly the exact thing I bought it for!  In this case, I believe the author
and publisher need our support and encouragement.  But I still believe also
that we should be entitled to have the thing do what it says on Active
Tech.'s website -- which is why I bought it.
   Anyway, getting back on topic, I just
