Hello,
I have just installed ST Fax on my machine, and am currently having a couple
problems with it which I can't figure out.
1) when someone calls in, the sound quality for the greeting message is very
poor. It is almost to the point where there is difficulty in understanding
it. Is there some way of increasing the quality of the playing of the
greeting.
2) when a message is received, ST Fax does not stop recording the message when
the caller hangs up. It will continue to record until it runs out of time.
Currently I have 60 seconds set as the maximum time limit for a message.
Even if the message is only 10 seconds long, ST Fax will continue to record
for the full 60 seconds.
If anyone out there could give me a hand, it would be greatly appreciated.
