Yes.

Hhmmm, seems you did miss something.
As I stated above, and you already recognized,
it was one test (testing STFax answerphone capabilities),
and STFax did fail, so for this test it's grade F.
Or do you call an answer machine functional,
which doesn't store the messages in proper way
so that a user can access them and which doesn't
allow you to store your personal greetings?
(Not taking into account that it does crash the system
on some features.)
(On the other hand, if someone gives me problem to solve,
and I fail, it's totally irrelevant on which point I fail.
Fact is I did not solve the problem and therefor did
not pass the test. That's it.
Your attitude might be OK for education,
but is useless for business life.)
I've also mentioned that I had posted a moderate
description of my problems some days before,
but didn't get a single answer from 'the support'.
And so my intention was to explain my problems
a bit more provocative, and I did mention this
also in my e-mail.
BTW, did you read my first problem description?
