Login as root in a shell ,type
modconf
go to usb ,highlight scanner ,press enter a few times following the
messages on the screen.Go to finished with this modules highlight,
press enter .You're done,the scanner module will be loaded at next boot.
Alternate you can read the manpage for modutils or try to find the
docs for modbooter ,that is if you bought the distro you may be able
to email Storm tech support about it.The actual documentation/man page
was
ovelooked in the distro ,all there is is a confusing help.:-)
