There should be a woody-native version of stormpkg in woody already, so
it should be working. What version does "dpkg -l stormpkg" report?
There may still be a bug in the woody version that causes stormpkg to
segfault instead of reporting an error at startup (for exmaple, when
running stormpkg while another process has locked the APT databases).
Perhaps this was the case?
As to SAS not working, I'm not exactly sure what's happening there. I've
been using it on woody for a long time without problems.
