Yes, although I had an older version on my machine before (the plain
woody version). If you don't have hail in your sources.list, you'll get
an older version that's in woody. Both seem to be working properly here,
though. gdb probably won't help at all...do you get any errors or
warnings from apt in any other places?

Recent woody adds "auto" lines to /etc/network/interfaces, and thus
slightly changes the syntax. Ryan would know more about this, though.
