Well, since both Star Office (now Open Office) is GPL and there is
a free version of wordperfect, they are both "apt-gettable".
You need to look at your sources.list. That is where apt looks to
download packages. I would think a Corel ftp site (or source)
would be where one could get the wordperfect package but I don't
know off hand what that site is.
Some people have source.lists 70-100 lines long! But be careful...
some of those are "unstable" and others are "stable". If this is all
new to you , don't use any sources that contain the words
"unstable" "woody" "experimental" and such. Use those when you
feel confident enought to fix things on your machine if packages
from one of those sites mess up your computer a bit. :)
