Same here in Ottawa - still static but rumored to be going DHCP soon.  (Guess
I'll have to change my IPChains masquerade/firewall script to allow for that.)

What with a lot of high speed cable folks running IPmasq boxes (or special
purpose router thingies) that are kept on 24/7, I wonder whether DHCP will solve
the IP address limit anyway.
