Well in my case I decided that Storm hail is very good for a stable
install
I need in case unstable bombs.Meanwhile on my unstable_install I decided
that going Debian sid is the better way of keeping in touch with all the
new stuff while helping the project as well with bug reports.

I never had a problem installing Debian since I strated with it and had
the proper hardware-read not the latest and greatest.:-) you'd be
surprised
how many installation problems go away just by having the supported
HW.:-)
Learned that with the HP Vectra I had at the time(3 years ago) with an
onboard video_card that any Linux distro and Solaris refused to properly
setup X.Even as of today won't run accelerated-that's why it's server.

As for Progeny while I appreciate the effort and I'll certainly have a
look at their distro the only thechology that sounds really cool is the
NOW implementation on Linux which is not ready yet not even as a
preview.
In all honesty if one is happy with it's actual distro one shouldn't
switch on
an instant just because the company went_under.After all there's still
at least
6 months ahead till woody will be released if the pastDebian shcedule is
of
any relevance and Storm can use very easy the Debian mirrors for
installiing
stable packages.

Well,that's my take anyway.
