Where are the *.tlds ?

Hi, 

where do I find the 'new' *.tld-files. 
I have downloaded the latest nightly build and try to migrate the example,
but I can't find the *.tlds mentioned for example  in the logon.jsp: 

<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld" prefix="bean" %>
<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld" prefix="html" %>

Please help !
