Hi Martina, How about contacting the Health and Safety Executive (think that is what they are called). I have heard that they get a bit annoyed with being used as reasons for not doing things. They sponsored the conker championship after people were saying it was too dangerous for children. Ask their opinion of the dial to see if they say it is a problem.
