So Sun Ray can do this? any application required to be added?
planned configuration will be Sun Ray 3.1 with CAM running windows connector.

A very nice chalenge from future customer :-).
They chalenge Sun Ray whether It can have remote controlling (kind a real-time
session log).
What they mean here is if a user having some problems with their running
application (such as SAP client), then administrator can see what is in the
user screen.
No sure that sun ray can do this, I can not answer this. Any way to have this
kind of function?
