Just FYI, it's an Xorg-ism, not a linux-ism:
% uname -rsvp
SunOS 5.11 snv_59 i386
% ls -l /usr/X11/bin/gtf
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root bin 17840 Feb 16 10:44 /usr/X11/bin/gtf*
Should also be included in the next Solaris 10 update release.
