Bill, the C-series has an IDE bus that is limited to one (1) device. Some folks have used the IDE connector to have a CD-R/RW drive or probably even a Superdrive but since it is an HD you want to change I can vouch for the simplicity of the task. The job basically consists of loosening the screws holding the drive in place and unplugging the 4-wire power plug and the IDE cable itself. Basic remove/replace. 20-30 minutes start to finish.
